N30 Loyalty Rewards Scheme

1. How do I earn loyalty points?

You earn loyalty points on orders paid successfully via PayPal on this website.

However, certain products on discount do not qualify for loyalty points. If your order includes non-qualified products, you will still earn loyalty points on the rest of the products that qualify.

2. Where are my eVouchers?

To view your eVouchers, login to your N30 account, scroll to the bottom of the website, click on My account, and then My vouchers.

3. When do my loyalty points expire?

Loyalty points are valid for 365 days from the date of issue. You can check the expiration date of loyalty points for an order by logging in to your N30 account.

4. When do my eVouchers expire?

The eVoucher that you have converted from your loyalty points shares the same expiry as the loyalty points. You can check the expiration date of eVouchers by logging in to your N30 account.

5. When should I convert my loyalty points to eVouchers?

For example: You earn 100 loyalty points on 1 January 2018. The expiry for the points is 31 December 2018. You can convert the points into eVoucher at any time before 31 December 2018. The resulting eVoucher that you receive from the conversion of points will expire on 31 December 2018.

6. What happens when my loyalty points or eVouchers expire?

Once they have expired, you cannot utilise them anymore. Expired loyalty points and eVouchers cannot be replaced, restored nor exchanged.

7. Would there be changes to the loyalty scheme in the future?

N30 Tank Pte. Ltd reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions of the loyalty rewards points scheme at any time without prior notification to customers.
